This VN has probably the most hilarious "Fuck you player" script ever. As if Dev never intended on Iris path, got stuck with when people responded to her so they gave the bare minimum of scene before shipping her away never to be seen again.

now that i looked into your image more. You seemed to load old save. Flowchart work on basis of you watching scenes which means in order to unlock previous scenes you have to probably play from start.

Then there is unlock all button if you don't want to hunt for scenes you want to unlock.
