My time of having to imagine a sex scene to get excited is long gone.
Unfortunately, the scenes with Iris (who was forgotten, unfortunately), were mostly dark, with a lot of snow, and with not very good angles.

I downloaded this update but there is no continuity at all, the game is ending exactly where it ended a few weeks ago when I played it

you can use the flow chart to check out new content, you are probably on a different path and that is why you are not able to see any new content just like me so just select the flow chart and then you can check out all the new scenes

So is it an update only for certain paths?

For example, the last scene I played a few weeks ago was the wife being caught by her husband while she was being fucked by the old guy and with this new update it doesn't advance at all, there is no other scene after that.

yes it is only update for certain paths, right now the updates are mainly focused on the NTR path where the wife is having sex with that Big guy forgot his name, he is also in relationship with the houseowner.

while im not sure the game is something id be into just based on the premise of it sounds verry much geared toward a fendom/lesdom kinda thing could be wrong there but either way you are already off to a better start than 99% of devs on this site in my opinion. There are devs who have worked on multiple games who dont get the idea that people want an idea on what tags to expect in the future so i respect you get that early on

My question would be are things such as lesbian/girl on girl, ntr,sharing,swinging planned and if so would they be avoidable

No the ntr, sharing, swinging is FORCED! example one minute your doing something, the next your in a scene that says your cheating etc. With a lady you never pursued. And your gf goes ballistic, even though in most cases it's clear talia forced herself on you. And there's no dialog options to explain or skip the scene. So this games replay value is 0. Hell kinetic should be in the tags. Even though the dev said this stuff was avoidable it's not wtf.
