The choices I had were to masturbate her or not in the E031-2 scene while Sylvia was asleep; neither choice led to "receive something", and I'm not up to unlocking all the flow chart to see what it's about.

That might be a bug. As you see lines are connected between scenes so in theory it you should have seen it but it didn't update flowchart tile. Thanks for finding that out, i'll fix it in next release.

Yes, it's the release cycle, fast and short.
Wait 09.00 version if you want a "classic" update: from 0.8 to 0.9 the content is quite good.
