Not sure given the Dev just slapped random animations (v0.6D, v0.6E, v0.6F updates so far) in Future NTR route with Anna and she was pregnant on it, while Vanilla stuff (Vivian content), you (mc) knock her up and it gives you the option to be happy with it or not. Unless Dev outright states it, I assume it's endgame type of content. Dev is quite active on Patreon, not so much here.
