The reason why the tag is there, is from the content of v0.6g, which supposedly added previews of scenes from futures updates with specific tags that you can see some in the changelogs.
But the game ,atleast with the current update of v0.6i, is a male only protag game.
(and the NTR can be avoided
)

Didn't played it yet, Dev mentioned that every choice is important, so I'm waiting till choices which will lead to handholding and romantic cuddling.
Like that big breasts naturally sag, would be good to add conversations with busty girls, where they feel insecure about sagging of their breasts and feel unattractive, with MC assuring they are OK, telling he likes tits this way or makes mention he wants them even more bigger and "motherly" (same can be discussed about big nipples).
