"Frozen decrease Accurace and Evasion" > Frozen decreases Accuracy and Evasion
"Cast a ice spear at the enemy" > Cast an ice spear at the enemy *("cast a magic spear at the enemy" is correct i think)
"Tires cast 3 magic arrows at enemies" > Tries to cast 3 magic arrows at ¹(the enemies) ²(all the enemies)
1, if it's three arrows total or 2, if it's three arrows on each enemy.
