Yup, you have to read description and if game contains pregnancy and sister/mom in game there is a 90% they are imregnable.

Both Strive for power and Strive Conquest have a sister if you do the start right that you can get pregnant plus all girls you get pregnant the child will grow up and you can have sex and get them pregnant and so on many times over.
