Any suggestions are more than welcome, though.
No problem, I understand not everything will be viable, or to your tastes. Here goes, then;
- Asian Tourist (Asian, Cuckolding, Threesome/Moresome?, Raceplay?)
An Asian woman spending her vacation in The City together with family, but currently enjoying the nightlife on her own.
(S) The PC approaches her for conversation, finds out that her love life with her husband isn't doing so great, and convinces her that her vacation is a great opportunity for a nice and harmless affair.
(R) The PC lures her to, or waits for her to enter, an isolated location (toilet, alley, etc?) and attacks her. Turns out she actually somewhat enjoys the experience due to her own rape fantasies, somewhat similar to Hope from the Smith family.
(R+) If the PC has a certain level of Brutality, her rape fantasies go completely into overdrive. She thoroughly enjoys being attacked by the PC and afterwards encourages him to accompany her back to her hotel room where she offers the PC herself and her daughter(s?), forcing her husband to watch helplessly as she enjoys herself while demeaning her husband's sexual abilities and praising the PC's. (Could include some raceplay here, if you feel like it, similar to what's hinted at with Officer O'Shay.)
- Night Nurse (Nurse Uniform, Drugplay, Moresome?)
A young, inexperienced nurse manning a clinic's/apothecary's night desk.
(R) The PC tricks the nurse into giving him an examination, then either overpowers her, or drugs her with some anesthetic or aphrodisiac at hand to have his way with her.
(S) The PC buys/requests some sexual performance drug and convinces her that she should administer it, to make certain he doesn't take the wrong dose, and that it actually works, followed by a more extensive "test" to make sure everything works as it should.
(S+) If the PC has a high level of Seductions/Sexual Prowess, roughly the same events as above take place, except that the nurse is surprised at the PC's "unexpectedly strong reaction" or somesuch brings in additional nurse(s)/doctor(s) for "more exhaustive testing".
Two to start things off; hope they're already at least somewhat interesting.

As I stated before, I do plan to update it to 1.6 (and other updates), just not yet.
While for some modifications it's as easy as copy/pasting my code into 1.6's code, other things need to be redone entirely from scratch to work in 1.6, since Wape and I had different approaches and methods for similar things.
(As an example, he displays news headlines and messages using the newly added smartphone in a certain way, while I created a new system of variables to display headlines in the menu as well as in the "news history" section on the internet)
All in all, again, updating to 1.6 is what I want to do next, but it will probably take around a week or more, since I have other things to do as well.
GrimUrzine, I recommend to use a VCS (Version Control System) like Git to simplify the update process. You can have original game code (from Wape) in one branch and your set of modifications in another branch. This way the switch to another "baseline" version will be much more transparent and simple.
To toss a couple more ideas at you:
- Delivery Girl (Delivery Uniform)
The PC receives a delivery of some kind, with the courier turning out to be a cute girl.
(S) Making some smalltalk, the PC finds out that he's the girl's last customer on her route, and convinces her to take a brief brake and have a cup of coffee before returning to work. Things move to a quicky from there.
(R) The PC tricks the girl inside and quietly locks the door behind her, then drags her to his bedroom and rapes her. Afterwards he takes pictures of her and notes her personal info from her driver's license, etc, then orders her to go back to work, or he'll release the pictures he took to the public, and go after her family.
- Gym Babe (Ebony, Fitness, Femdom/Maledom)
A black girl doing fitness exercises in a near-empty gym.
(S) The PC can challenge the girl to a wrestling/grappling match. If he has a low level of Brutality, he'll lose, and they proceed to have sex with the girl in the dominant position; riding on top of him, giving him commands on how to eat her pussy, grope her tits, move his hips, etc. Possibly some comments on how she has use for a weak but big-dicked fucktoy like him.
("R") If the PC has a sufficient level of Brutality, he manages to overpower her, and the sex scene proceeds with him in the dominant position, giving her orders what to do, or simply taking what he wants.
- Trophy Wife and Servants (Maid, Bimbo, Mind Control, Orgy)
A penthouse apartment inhabited by some rich guy's bimbo trophy wife and a couple of maids to take care of everything.
(S) The PC gains access to the penthouse under some pretense, and gets the opportunity to interact with the wife and maids, and the chance to seduce one or more of them in the process. Think the Smith family event for a rough comparison.
(R) Similar to the above, except that the PC can rape the women one by one. Could be turned into a sort of "puzzle", where they need to be attacked in a certain order, or some of them stumble over the PC's handiwork and escape to call the cops.
(Hypno) With sufficiently high Mind Powers, the PC can make the wife and maids think that he's their beloved husband/master who they should welcome home with all their love, leading to a large orgy taking place throughout the entire apartment.
- Costume Party
A party at a nightclub where everyone's in costume, including a number of fertile women.
The Player Character needs a costume to gain access to the party, which he can gain either via spending money to buy one nearby, ambushing another party-goer and taking theirs when an opportunity presents itself (possibly leading directly to a sex scene where a woman confuses the PC for the costume's previous wearer), or using his Mind Power to make people think that he's in costume even though he's not.
From there it's relatively open, and dependant on what kind of costumed girls you find pics/gifs for you'd like to use.

I really like your ideas ! I think I might implement at least some of them, but I'm hesitating because of a number of reasons:
1) I'm planning to make a mod tool of my own, which will involve players being able to create their own scenarios, complete with narrative and gifs without the need for coding.
2) I still want to update to 1.6, which will take a while, and the less scenarios I add right now, it will be easier for me to transition.
I really like your idea of using brutality like that (gym girl), though.

Hi! Yes, I took a look at Wape's mod tool and it has a lot of potential, but sadly I just don't have the time right now to expand on it thoroughly. The main thing I wanted to add when I saw it was adding X-rays to scenes.

Hello everyone! Just dropping in again to let you all know that I have added a new scenario. Let's just say that it's a bit on the sacrilegious side. Do let me know how long it takes you guys to find the little easter egg in this one. (not long, I imagine.) Updated all download links.
Also also, since I noticed you guys have a ton of ideas, I had an idea of my own:
Why don't you make your own scenarios, in whatever you want to (word, notepad, etc), accompanied by a folder of gifs and pictures named accordingly, and I'll add, say, the first 10 ones I like directly into UEE, crediting you at the very beginning of the scenario. That sound good?
For simplicity's sake, I imagine you could structure the text document like this:

The mod tool would make your workload easier, yeah, and waiting for the main game's development to proceed would make things easier in general. So I can definitely understand the reluctance to put the work in at this moment, rather than waiting a bit.
Something you could already do in advance, though, would be to write out the scenes and select the pictures and gifs you intend to use, so you can add them more easily later.
Also, one question that might need some consideration; do you want to add custom Endings and Beginnings to your mod?
To give an example using one of my ideas; doing the "Night Nurse" scenario and fulfilling some other requirements to get an Ending where the PC marries the female doctor owning the clinic, with the nurse(s) as lovers, which then unlocks a Beginning where the PC is a doctor/clinic owner, and starts with samples of the various sex-drugs?

To give you an update, this idea inspired me the most out of all of them. I can just write it and use generic porn gifs, but lately I picked up gif editing and I'm learning a lot about it. That's why I shifted my focus from updating U.E.E. to making gifs frame by frame. The last update contains at least 2 hand-made gifs (i'll add logos to them in the next update)
Rather than it being a costume party, i figured i'd make it a full-on convention. I'll be honest though, I have no idea how to get the ladies away from the convention and into bed without using rape or hypno, so I'll think about it.
Anyhow, I'm working on it, and i'm actually using it as an opportunity to learn motion tracking and whatnot, so it might take a bit. Here's a sneak peek, though. (It's not done, but 90% of the gif is there):

What you see here took me a solid 4-5 hours, so I'm just going back to the drawing board to find quicker ways to motion track.
If you had any ideas about seducing these ladies (or any specific costume) do let me know. I have at least 4 costume ideas I want to implement, so I reckon there's space for more.
I'd suggest webm instead of gifs. It is also much easier as pretty much any modern video software allows you to save in webm, and html5 of course supports it.

You're not the first person to suggest this; I'm 100% certain that someone already did (or is still working on) a mod with videos instead of gifs. (Check Wape's thread, you'll find them there somewhere)
However, it's just my personal preference to use gifs. I can't explain why, I just find them more appealing.
Also, I'm using Photoshop, so I don't have any issues with exporting or saving them, regardless of extension.

There's a number of possible reasons and approaches for non-rape/hypno sex you could go with.
The first is basically bog-standard seduction. The PC meets the woman/women in question at the convention, they hang out for a while, and with the right stats/dialogue choices, they decide to have sex with the PC. Britanny, the babysitter, and Donna, the woman down on her luck in the bar would be possible examples of this. Though in this case the costumes would be more a sort of addition/spice to the scenario, rather than a major factor.
The second basically revolves around the girls'/womens' costumes. If they dress up as characters from games or anime heavy with fanservice and sexual themes, or possibly outright eroge/hentai, such as Taimanin, Bible Black, Sekirei, Monster Musume, Sin: Nanatsu no Taizai, and the like, then it wouldn't be all that surprising that they're coming to the convention looking to get laid, and maybe engage in a little roleplay while they're at it.
And the third would be the PC's own costume - if you decide to go with that aspect of the initial idea - in which case there might be girls/women who simply like the idea of having sex with someone who looks/is costumed to look like this or that particular character, and it just so happens that the PC is costumed like that.
