There's no such thing as a "full save" for this game. The paths diverge way too much for that even to be possible.

Yeah, I think the earlier brief back-and-forth got deleted, so your earlier post was deleted too. Mine just above was edited by a mod with "Left message as a statement" (I'm guessing just generic QUOTE tags or w/e), I think also because some posts were deleted from earlier.

well they happen to be lovers so .............. if you bm aiko 2nd time you get to fuck kate and that leads futa to fuck her if you are on futa path too and then you need to do favors to aiko so they forgive you and sometime after that starts 2nd bm path (what's in there you need to read from wt-pdf).
