Have you tried VileLab's Discord? I know many devs will answer questions about bugs there, and if the dev doesn't, there might be other players who will. I'd help, but I've never seen the bug you describe so wouldn't know what to do to fix it.

Your description gives practically nothing to go off of. When you say, "can't buy the gun from Trevor", do you mean...
  • ...you can't find Trevor to ask him for it?
  • ...Trevor refuses to sell it? If so, what does he say to the MC?
  • ...you get an error and the game crashes? If so, what's the error message?
  • ...your MC doesn't have enough money and you need a way to earn cash first?
You should be more specific if you want someone to understand what could be happening and offer a possible solution. To be clear, I'm not saying I myself will necessarily have a solution for you, but effectively saying "game no workie" isn't very helpful.

You should post the Error Message ... and you could also search for it in this thread.

Navigation in the house has bugs and certain combinations of actions may block navigation while other combinations work.

I played the game in v25 and there were ways to go to Kate's room to unlock the school.
Best save the game at start of that day and avoid any unnecessary actions ...

Could you please put that type of error code in SPOILER tags? Anyone not able to help you will have to scroll a lot more than they should just to move beyond your post. Alternately, you can attach the traceback.txt file to your post instead. But please don't post walls-of-error-text in the future.

Universal TextBox Mod
Add Sliders for Textbox Opacity, Text size, Text outlines, Textbox width and Text position.

There isn't a Universal text mod that I've found so I've been modifying the game files.
Well No Longer

The only requirement is a Textbutton must be added to the Navigation screen.
Included a modified Navigation screen, should work in future game updates.
Textbutton should be permanetly added to the games screens file but that's up to game dev.

dev went overboard, apparently needs to wait that kate masturbates 10 times in shower to get lousy reward and that's 10 weeks ingame time since she apparently rubs 1 in only on wednesdays (and showers only on mondays and wednesdays).

i'm done with this pos game unless something happens since even my patience has limits, i have better things to do than click sleep button until kate's next shower time. can't think more boring things to do in this game.

cherry on cake is that game also started bad grades path even "auntie" is in jail so she won't be in her room at university and ingame wt is worthless since it keeps telling that talk to kate at uni and wait her in sauna everyday.

vilelab has lost his last marble in last 2 updates. well it was somewhat fun while it lasted.

AfaIk :
The devs made a huge mistake by implementing a method to automatically switch between day and night versions of scenes in the house without checking if these variants really exist. You see in the faulty path that the folder is called "night" but the image is called "afternoon".

This really screws navigation in the house ... try to avoid any unnecessary actions in the house and be careful around day/night changes. You can probably avoid these errors by going straight from your room to the desired location and back. Save often and best have a save from the start of the day so that you can try different variations if you run into a dead end ...


I encountered a similar error last year.
See below where the script uses the "replace" method.

However there are methods for several classes who change pathes from day to night and vice versa probably for the case the player advances time by an action and then goes back through rooms already stored, eg :

Yes to the gay content; no to at least some of the netorare. There's a scene that's part of the story with NTR. You either can choose to watch or not (IIRC), but it happens regardless. It has to do with things that are out of the MC's control and things he didn't know were going on until he starts staying at Sarah's house and sees them for himself.

I started a new game yet now there are several quests that do not close, like 'Kate in the sauna' and 'Kate in the library'. Any suggestions how I can close them?
