Well, I never used a cheat and I also didn't do Chloe stuff, so IDK where I got enough money, then. But I def. have the old ladies as an option for money now, and that's not on a blackmail path. (Well, technically there's some blackmail with Sarah in prison now, but that's not the same path.)

AFAIK, no. It's forced on the player. It's why I've previously complained that apparently VileLab has a self-humiliation fetish or something. Even on a path that you try to play normally (romantic, or at the least not being an asshole), the MC tries manipulating others and then gets humiliated himself. It's pretty frustrating, ngl.
oh he has, if accepts chloe's offer then gets lots of "things", if not even then cop does full cavity search, if blackmails aiko etc then humilation, at hospital when searching clues then mon's boss wants mc to do "things", bad grades or if gives gun to "auntie" are story itself. added with trevor's "clients" it's a mess.
