Joiplay keeps just shutting down every time I get to the quest "talk to Monique at the clinic about Kate's parents" when I click on the door to the clinic. Is there a fox to this? Can t progress any further.

I can't remember for sure, but I think there might be a couple. But it would be really stupid stuff. This example isn't in the game (so no spoilers), but if the MC were to pull a gun on a cop, that would be a game over. If there are game overs, there are very few, and they would be just from extremely dumb stuff like the fake example.

So other words, We can play as perverted as we want and there won't be any game over. Glad to know. If I lose points for playing as perverted, I hope there's away to get those points back lol. It's a porn game, you should be able to play as perverted as you want without losing points. What's the point of a porn game if you lose points lol.

There are affection, hate, lust, depravity, and obedience as stats for each of the main LIs; for more minor characters, I think there are some stats sometimes, but it depends. The MC also himself has some of those stats (like obedience and depravity). The levels of those will affect attitudes of other characters around your MC. Just realize that there will be consequences for the stats you have (at least, very often; sometimes the game's inconsistent as I've mentioned before).
I don't think it's wholly unavoidable. I think there are some scenes where the MC doesn't have a choice. But at least very often that's also because of past choices, which lead the MC down a specific path. There's a walkthrough that comes with the game now (included in the download); just follow that to get or avoid the content you want.

I am stuck. Can't open University. It says talk to Sarah in main area. I try, but she's on phone and just says she's on a important call. Only there on weekends. Not their during week. I've supposedly opened up other locations but my map shows completely unclickable atm. So I'm stuck in the house and I can't talk to Sarah to open university. Any ideas on what I might be missing. I have done uniform scene with Kate.

Yeah, that would definitely be easier. I have two monitors because of RL work I do, so I just put it up in one of them and the game's in the other. But if you don't have two monitors, you can always try printing it out and then looking. At least then you wouldn't have to tab back and forth between the game and the WT.
Had the same problem. there is a door at the right side of the corridor in front of your bedroom. you can leave the house there. map is clickable when standing in front of the house. took me forever to find it cause the "entrance" area doesnt show up in the navigation tab.
