2. go to dev's discord and ask from him but most likely result is you getting banned.

you can have sex with her only by blackmailing aiko atm, can't get any of them drunk enuf that could actually have sex (aka dick going to pussy) with any of them.

It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard from him again, do i need to start the game over?

dark street is ~middle of upper city and just go to talk with trevor at his garage/workshop.
