the former is possible considering they are both LI.
the latter won't happen due to the boys being minors.

i know that most VN's have poisoned the well,but in this case landlady is appropriate ,she's the MC's ex's mother, he lives at her house & works for her.

if incest is what you need i'd suggest to look elsewhere.

Maybe except in this story they are literally not related. She is literally just his landlady, maybe a step-mom if you consider his relationship with her daughter. They are not related at all, she is just a good human being who saw a child living alone and chewed the living shit out of his parents for abandoning him and gave him a place to stay.

I think the "landlady"/"roommate" thing to get around the Patreon Gestapo is starting to affect stories that don't have incest at all and they are literally landlady/roommate. I mean, it the ones where it's the "yeah, OK" kind it's pretty obvious. Who TF would be like "OMG what's wrong with me! I was thinking about having sex with my roommate! We'd have to move to Alabama!" Who's that going to fool?

could NOT agree more. one of the best for everything (story, babes, visuals, etc.)
Caribdis's first game Once in a Lifetime was a hoot as well. solid producer of quality goodness. more of a 'normal' story lacking fantastical elements but a fun and sexy read/play regardless. and, of course - tha sexah womens.
