Not sure you can play as a slut since it's story driven but you can go after any crew member you want and however you to want but you'll have to choose who you want to go after during the sandbox parts.

Andromeda Six led me here. It's a very interesting game, with plenty of somber, near death experiences. I'm intrigued. I hope it's still being worked on
