Give this one a try if you want randomly generated NPC, but almost all NPC are generated and nameless and they doesn't have traits and stuff, but you get to have fun with them.

Nope I havent come across any renpy games like that yet, and has no knowledge about andriod game. There is one Wolf RPG that I am playing recently maybe you can take look at that? It also has generated NPC.
