Can someone who's been able to follow the tutorial and download AI chat help me out, please? I gave it a few shots but not well enough apparently.

go to preferences in game,there are 2 things crow suggested in there
1-koboldcpp (exe version) : That is the thing running AI, unless you know your way with your pc and have a bit of knowledge on AI stuff i suggest you to not changing anything in there,just make sure it sees your GPU in a right way
2-LLM (large language model for communicating humans,understanding and giving replies) i can't remember what LLM crow suggested in there but it was a real good one. If you'll search your own LLM my suggestion is using one of these two for understanding if it'll fit your GPU's memory or not. Don't overdo it while downloading LLMs,pick the ones easily fitting into your VRAM and at least leaving 20% of it empty (for faster reply times)

Guys, is the birth system yet to be added in the game? I checked the update logs, seems like it is.
Hi if Golden crow is here, just wanted to say that I am willing to pay more so that the development can continue. Just hoping that the pregnancy and birth system can be developed into more advanced level.

development of renpy version won't continue.This incoming(Soon™)update will be last update(if needed i believe he may do an additional bugfix)
Afterwards if he keep up working on it (he's saying he will continue)he'll use godot engine
I don't know if godot version will be a slightly different remake and continuation of this one or simply will be Influencing 2 (he talked about it as 'influencing 2' a few times but been a long while,i didn't encounter him using 'influencing 2' as name for months)

Just stumbled upon this gem and really like it so far, pleasantly surprised!
One point for possible improvement: please rephrase the suggestion options, for a bunch of them it's totally not clear or even misleading in regards of whom - you or your talking partner - it's directed at. Exapmle: "suggest ...that have(sic) a submissive partner is good" leads to you becoming more submissive, not the partner. Thx for the game Golden Crow!
Edit: after several days of playing around I found two issues/bugs worth mentioning, not related to AI stuff, I don't use any and leave it deactivated:
1. Scissoring scenes will almost guarantee an error message, when additional characters are in group and comment on it.
2. Animation performance also slows down to a crawl, when additional characters are in group. On macOS, that is.
Amazingly bug free otherwise, hats up!

About new update,you really shouldn't expect it now or a couple of days later.He'll first post 'news' at patreon, then release it on patreon,after then it'll get publicly released. He's a solo dev, he's trying to patch up the missing parts he knew but didn't attend for a long time and making final touches. (and maybe adding even more functions,just maybe...)
He does it on a renpy game which can interact with LLM, which can read your typed messages and gives AI replies to these messages in a sandbox city where you can make a city opulation creation in each run, changing npc looks,characteristics and interests...He is not making a 100 image update on a VN game with a single narrative path.
I want to see release as soon as possible but be patient,chill.

even 11b Q4s are being enough if you are not going into specific details and expect AI to keep the pace with you for a long time. (once you try with 8-9bs with Q3s you see they start coming with nonsense,shouldn't go lower than 11bQ4s if you want both nice and fast replies)
As 12b i use these two:
MN-12B-Mag-Mell-R1.Q5_K_M (somehow feels better than violet's Q6)
MN-Violet-Lotus-12B.Q6_K
I actually vibe with this game but there's a ton of room for improvement. While I was playing the latest version.
I noticed you can have up to maybe 4 characters in your household, which is cool but there's no way to upgrade the house for more bedrooms. It's just 4 people sharing a 1 bed, 1 bathroom situation and that's.. wack to say the least.
The game is a bit too peace and love for my taste, so far you can't have enemies or haters.. which doesn't really work for the cheating aspect of the game. Like I had a character straight up cheat on his wife in front of her and she got mad in that moment but other than that.. nothing.. it's wasn't until I told her I had a girlfriend on the side that the marriage was over. I didn't even get the chance to ask for another chance, or marriage counseling. Marriage gone but not really because our love/friendship points never went down.
And lastly the dialog could use soooo much work. I can ignore typos for more dramatic dialog.. instead of... whatever in game currently.
There's mad potential here. So, I like to keep my eye on the game from time to time.

That. The game itself looks like it doesn't even have the feature of having enemies, only having indifference. Sure hope that Influencing 2 (or what that newer Influencing is supposed to be called) Golden Crow is cooking gonna have that.
