Hopefully OP updates now that InitialA hasn't shown any interest in uploading all of those deleted works.
I recently downloaded the whole collection and man, there are some NO AUDIO videos I'd really like to have sound. Does anybody know a way? Like maybe a program or person that is willing to put sound to some of his more taboo videos?

he has no idea what he is doing
1 animation is 24k bitrate, another is 7k bitrate
alternatively, just ask him to manually set the bitrate to like 20k for all animations instead of letting the program decide

I don't mind though - they just provide the best quality they can, it's up to you if you want to save space.
Shit opinion tbh, variable bitrate is a technology to be used, no need to have several hundreds of MB for 10 sec clips.
I myself decide if animation has too much bitrate and decrease if necessary
if it's too little to start with there's nothing to be done
+interpolation and upscaling is affected as well
