I remember him saying that he wanted to finish it eventually but also had basically no time to work on it. And also was fed up with people pestering him about it.

Seeing how projects I considered dead for sure like The Lilith Device are still alive and kicking and pCaine is still around I still have some hope this may make a return some day.

It didn't have an update, if it gets one, it'll be the final one. But the dev did publish a lengthy

that was being updated until late last year. Whether there's been no new updates because the game's development halted again or because Captain just stopped using it to organize their workflow is anyone's guess, but it along with the blog post gives a good idea of what the final update's content will be like.

Is anyone able to successfully load their save games from 0.6 on Firefox (or any browser)? Always errors out loading, despite letting me save successfully. I really wish this one would come back one day, if for nothing else than to just to tweak the UI a bit and make it compatible with modern browser versioning. It really does deserve an epic ending though - all set for world domination and all...
