The dev posted nothing in Patreon nor in Discord about a release date. He started working on it a short while ago
He just said in Patreon he is working on all the building required for the new season 2 executable (start menu, questions asked to players to set innocence level at start of the season 2 and so on...)

with the latest update i get a lot of black screens.. i have to click a lot of times to get going on with the story of pics. Didnt had that in the previous versions. Do more people have this experience?

There's no update on Season 2. When asked for a target release date/time frame the developer refused. He said when he's about 1 week from releasing he'll communicate, but until then nothing. I think it's going to be several months before we see anything. In the meantime, he'll send out his weekend teasers to his Patreons.

Some fantasies I guess... There is neither reason nor fact to think this game is abandoned... The dev is working on it : he posts new in-game pictures in a weekly pace like usual... Even if he never posts spoilers (his choice)...
And he is on Discord, seeking feedbacks, like usual too...

let's hope that next game will be a good visual novel and not a fucking grindy point and click game... i hate grindy games, and when it comes to porn ones to grind is simply unbereable...

And when a dev does not want to tell a date of release it usually means he does not know himself.
I never ask devs about release dates, it puts useless pressure on them : they do not need that.
When a game is close to be released, I don't think they can forget to say it in due time

I don't ask for exact dates. However, if I am supporting financially I will ask how frequently they intend to release updates. I think that is a fair question to ask and is general enough that the dev should not feel pressured.
