I think the updates taking a year to come out are short enough, take out the added grind and there's little there so shorter updates would be terrible, again in my opinion.
Dev is doing this for a long time. Unfortunately nothing to do. Earlier updates had many content and more frequent. Jennifer's sister, boyfriend, boyfriend's father, people in hotel, photoshoot etc they were all ignored for a long time already, but earlier updates were including them constantly.

now we are focusing on who will fuck Jennifer in this update :D

So I finally finished Season 1. As someone who was doing pure path as first playthrough, I feel a bit conflicted about the ending.

Clearly Jennifer is sexually frustrated and Fred catching her in a compromising state explains her submissive reaction. But there is a stark difference between her persona before and after the decision of not letting go of the smartphone. It's like she changes into a whole different person.

Now don't get me wrong, it's not outside of the realm of possibility to snap out of your trance and take a stand against unwanted advances. But what doesn't make sense much is Jennifer's stance on the incident entirely. It's like Fred's abrasive behavior did not affect her at all. In-fact, she is barely fazed by it and gives little to no thought about it. Neither that night, nor the next morning. Instead she puts on a dress and simply goes off for a walk.

I mean you are living alone under the roof of a guy who sexually molested you. As someone alone in a city, a girl like that would be very concerned about her safety. Instead she is flicking her bean, taking nightly showers and going about her routine with just a flimsy door protecting her room.

I dunno. I guess I'm just nitpicking at this point and need to keep in mind that the game is primarily an AVN. But I guess I'm just curious if Innocence or Money actually is a critical choice or the dev really just wants us to tilt towards money and innocence was never an option to begin with.

Either way, time to continue Season 2 and then restart Season 1 with some Corruption flavor.

You're really not. It's beyond stupid. Who in their right fucking mind would stay any longer?

I do like this (despite the annoying sandbox do this at this time shit) and I love Jenn....but it's definitely headed firmly down the throw common sense out of the window for smut logic road.

I back every single word you ve dropped....200% on point. The real tragedy here is how the dev, in the final third of Season 1, pulled a hard pivot from “Innocence or Money” to “Money, More Money, and Nothing But Money.” The absolute worst was that forced club scene with Fred and his sleazy sidekick.....pure cringe, total ick! It didn t even matter if you d been dodging Fred like a pro the whole game. The dev was just like, "Pfft, who cares? Jennifer’s tounge fighting Fred and his sidekick now, deal with it!" Talk about a plot twist that felt like a slap in the face!

It s like he had a midlife crisis over his own game. The Innocence path? Fading faster than a cheap dye job. Meanwhile, the Money path is practically strong-armed onto you. Total bummer. By the beginning of Season 2, he has crammed in so much nonsense that you re basically cornered into the Money path, because sticking to Innocence leaves you kinda stuck, story-blocked like a bad plot twist. That s what happens when you only listen to a handful of Patreon loudmouths who, let s be real, just want to see Jenn crash and burn. :( Kinda Pathetic, right?! Oh well, let s see what s next. I m betting the new update doubles down on the forced Money vibes....brace for impact! I ll be here, ready to be "surprised."

God, the time between updates is insane. I used to support him when the updates came out in a reasonable time frame, but I stopped when he decided to redo all of season 1's scenes and translate the game to like 50 different languages rather than actually continue the plot. And ever since then, the pace of updates has slowed down even more, which is a shame since the content is pretty good. It just isn't worth paying for 9-12 months to get it.

I stated a bit ago that it'd end up as one update a year, way too slow given the amount they make, in my humble opinion mind you. I guess people are okay with it though, he's still making money, so who are we to complain. Good game, but updates are too slow to come and way too short given the time frame, taking out the grind that's often added you game get through the nonsense dialogue in no time and the scenes, for the most part, are hardly too exciting. Again just an opinion, I think they'd rake it in if they sped up the updates.

Hi LonerPrime,

Interesting debate. :)

I do not play the innocence route, hence I may have the wrong feeling about it (I do not see how the innocence route is getting).

The way I see MC with her landlord does not feel off for me : she is a countryside girl that seems to not be used to boys to hit on her : she is sexually frustrated and has low self-confidence. Her standard may not be the same as ours (I concur with you about how she should react about harrassment) and maybe in season 1, harassment is not enough to make her concerned about her safety... She may also be naive to the point to not imagine possible she can be raped by her landlord. He was smart enough to never tried to force her into sex when she said no...

Her landlord was harassing her, but she did not see him as a predator able to become violent towards her, I guess...
I also think that the constant harassment she's endured from the beginning of the game made her more and more tolerant and, at the end of season 1, that can explain why she does not mind it that much.

It is somehow crazy but possible...

Best Regards.

Hi Maviarab,

If people always made the most logic decisions, we would be able to live in a better world for sure .

Joke put aside... I think here MC shows she is among the girls attracted by bad guys... it does not make sense to be attracted by such guys, some of them can even be violent... But look at the tattooed guy (Masage center redhead girl bf), MC, on corruption route is mesmerized by him despite feeling how dangerous he is... Such persons, "attracted by the dark side of the force", exist ^^!

I mean, it is not absurd from the dev to have put it that way...

Hi StrawberryCheese83,
I cannot agree with that...

The dev's definition of innocence is not MC to behave like a nun, patiently waiting for her stubborn bf, not wanting sex before marriage, to finally propose her... I am sure of it now.
She is tempted... And whether we like it or not, she is tempted "to go further" with her landlord even on innocence route (the nightclub event is on all routes it seems).

That's why I see the innocence route as how she is able to resist her desire for sex rather than just her to not be involved with the pervy guys around her.

In the nightclub event, she drunk alcohol, her defense was low, that's why she was a bit loose and accepted groping from, I repeat it, guys she may not find disgusting. Being surrounded by these guys, being flirted with by them, can awaken in her a feeling of flattery to which she is not accustomed and which she appreciates despite being on innocence route.

I did not play this route, hence I do not know how far it goes after the dancing content... But the dancing content, even on inncoence route, does not feel off for me...

Best regards.
