I don't really understand the complains here? You can just start at chapter 5, therefore skipping all the pointless prologue and swimsuit quest stuff... It's not like these parts have had any changes the last few updates.

Yeah you are right, but they are not adding content starting from chapter 5 exactly. Some content gets added to the older chapters, so it is what it is

Hardly, the big scenes so far (Ginny, Luna, Susan) have all been added to the newest chapter in that build. There really is no reason to replay the swimsuit quest at this point if you don't want to.
That said, Joe has been working on the earlier chapters and the next release might have vastly improved chapters 1 to 4. But let's wait for the official changelog to see if he's managed to finish that in time.
I actually don't mind doing another playthrough. This game is beautiful and worth playing through again. There, I said it, and I am not ashamed!

I'd love to replay the game as well because I genuinely enjoyed the experience and all. Though that wretched swimsuit quest is literally the only reason why I won't do it. It's that bad and tedious.
I've tried and have a 30+ streak, I can't get 2/2. Can you describe how you got it, so I can replicate. I have no desire to console or cheat.

Very true, Swallow. But I seem to remember she used double/mixed expressions for some colors. Maybe I am wrong--it wouldn't be the first time.

Eh honestly it's not that big of a deal. At the very least the communication is there and you told us before the deadline. I really appreciate that. I just hope the finished product is going to be worth the delay and looking at the tids and bits you guys told us, it is going to be the case.
The concept is fundamentally great already. Too bad about the first few years but I don't think the current team is able to control the past. Keep up the good work and just simply ignore the overly disgruntled fans for now. Just like Hello Games and No Mans Sky lol.
