The English isn't broken per se, it's just clearly written by someone who doesn't have a strong grasp on the language. Improper idioms are used, the occasional sentence while technically correct makes no sense in context, and so on.

I'm in act 2 on the corrupting Daphne quest but I need to make her wear a shorter skirt and have no idea how to start that quest line, any advice?
I completed the 0.5 and the saves won't work on 0.6 update. I really don't want to go through all of it again.

I believe you need to continue tutoring the girls and following their commissar thing. Eventually you'll get an option to go visit Hagrid who will lead you through the skirt thing. The skirt thing is in the quest log for quite a while before you can actually do it.
The game is a 3/10. That's three points for art... zero points for everything else.. The writing is bad, the gameplay is awful, the mini games are terrible, the puzzles are convoluted nonsense, it's buggy as all hell, and the game design is a travesty. As a general whole this thing is a waste of time and effort playing. The art is the only reason to even give the game a chance and even that's worn out after over four years and only two sex scenes.
