Well I tried this game. At this point I'm just posting a reply so I can give a more in depth opinion on my review...because it would be a wall of text, here.
I started this game thinking it would be like akaburs game but with more options. Was really excited to see more girls, I especially like Luna in this one.
But man, i played for 4/5 hours I think and got barely anything out of it. looked at cheats to see the scenes and.... theres not much progression there really.
Saw the comments and confirmed it was another creator milking patreon subsciptions..

I played this game for the first time ten years ago, there is no progress at all, I like beer, but not to that degree. If I wait and drink beer... fuck... I'll die 20
Yes, I also remember defending his game at the beginning of covid when they released a somewhat better update. But in the three and half years since they have added almost nothing of ineterest. Instead they abandoned the orginal game and restarted a new one using the same assets. The new game is missing tons of the original content and gameplay. They have focussed almost entirely on minor characters, carefully avoiding almost any progress with the mains. Worse yet the two characters they have made major content for are an old granny and a fugly elf that looks like Dobby. The artist has left. The updates are infrequent and hugely disappointing and usually presaged by a write up and poll that hint at future content for the mains which never appears. There are so many better games to support. Really.

A quick correction the artist has not left. He quit his normal job and started his own game called Souper whilst still doing artwork for this game.
And unlike the witches, his game makes real progress. The game also seems to answer why we have so many Daphne illustrations.

Yeah honestly the game as I played it felt like someone who was using the Harry Potter IP to springboard his own characters--and if they're all like the playable character, I am not interested. Gods, the MC is such an unlikable twat.
Although I almost don't blame him for going in that direction given how badly he bastardizes some characters. I'm not even a diehard HP fan and I know a lot of the shit is waaaay out of left field, even for a lewd game.

I was partway through act 1 chapter 4 when I ran into a bug where the house elf wouldn't sell me soil. I reloaded and bought it at the first opportunity but now the female house elf isn't showing up at night? Is there some kind of trigger for her to show up on the bed?
Yes, I think you have to get to the point where you are really, really desperate.
