Tried v.011 alpha after year of waiting, hoping that now there will be at least some content, started with new plot.
Finished in 3.5 days. Extra tells me that I missed nearly half of content, like wtf???
After googling for some time I realized that in act 2 for me there was no fashion riot quest, no confront snape quest, no confront minerva quest, no quest fixing broken wand, no sexual education from helena etc. etc. etc. Nothing triggered them and no tips how to activate them. In the end after finishing game I still have only 2(!) photos...
Can anyone explaion what is wrong with this game or 0.11 alpha is especially broken?

Try noticing which image is not see-through/less blurry in her thoughts - that is the right answer. Also game resets password after each try, so you better reload, watch closely and try again. And use capital letter - Broom, Snitch, Dildo etc.

Edit: Christ there are so many "apoligize" options in this game that are necessary for progression. Even to the worthless painting. And so many plot threads that have nothing to do with getting with any of the girls

I already figured it out, they made NEW-new plot (!!!) for act 2 chapter 1 in 0.11 alpha which trashes out like 80% content from this act compared to previous version. I have no idea why it's still mentioned in extras page beacuse it's completely unavailable in this version.
BUT (!) missed content is still (!!!) available in 10-9-beta-fix1 - then act 2 chapter 1 has completely different name and different plot, and has all the missed shit.
I'd say it's hilarious, buts its really sad - their writing and rewriting nonsense is beyond ridiculous.
It's been 5 or 7 years since I made a mistake trying this game, looks like I'll have to wait another 5-7 years to see something worth checking.
I can't belive they get 21k per month for this eternal blueballing - looks like new generation of dumbfucks had grown up since they startet this project.
I'm convinced the game's development has just become some weird FinDom edging kink.

Does no one know? I'd appreciated it if someone shared a full save instead if that's the case. I'm on chapter 5 rn after hours and hours of playtime. The only tits so far have random characters and the main character has fucked an elf (bj only) and some weird creature vampire-like thing. Even for a slow burn this is a bit much, in my opinion. Plus everyone constantly just verbally shits on the mc and he's just so pathetic in general, especially if you compare that to something like witch trainer. Even his own painting constantly takes the piss out of him. I thought the Silencio spell would be permanent but no. You apologize instead. Even in the "present" time so far he has been kicked in the balls like 30 times - for a kiss.
Some people say it's for immersion to make it seem more real, but then when you solve the swimsuit issue the girl you pick shows you their lewded up version of their own swimsuit, which seems so out of character for how they've been presented so far. They haven't done or even talked about anything sexual and then it's suddenly; "thanks for the help here look at my swimsuit where its just a towel covering my tits". Especially for Hermione and the hufflepuff girl. Hermione is supposed to be dating Ron at this point too. And usually for a game like this these things wouldn't matter but it does because of how the game seems like it wants to be portrayed.
Too many of the quests are "Discuss with Sally" (the painting of the mc), or just asking another character what they should do. Is this really needed? Surely it'd be better to just have that as a thought by the main character. He would still summon the other characters if he needed something from them or to forward his plans. That would also give the main character more agency instead of just letting him be exclusively reactionary. A lot dialogue in general just seems like people talking with next to no purpose. In a story you're supposed to skip over the boring and irrelevant parts of it and just show what matters. How many good books/movies have you read/watched where there's constant mundane dialogue that serves no purpose. It's like Lord of the Rings if they kept all the walking. Actually that'd be giving it too much credit.
Anyway sorry the rant. tldr: Full save or gallery anyone?
