In the games of Akabur, I almost always skipped the dialogs, because it was more perceived as a fairy tale at night.

Wait, what? So you think this is some serious shit? It's a porn-parody, at least it suppose to be. When it does that - writing becomes enjoyable, really. I'll list some good examples below just from the top of my head:

- Hermi tells about frustration towards Ron's advancements etc (pretty straightforward but cool nonetheless, although it's completely disconnected with her later behavior in the game but that's another story)
- Ginny tells how she's pissed about her failed attemts at quidditch so she is ready to do anything to fix that (fuck yeah, that's what I'm talking about, I wish the whole game were like that!)
- The concept with complex magic boundaries about sexy stuff, marks on wands an so on (problem is, that contradicts with the whole "corrupt the main girls" idea and with the fucking game title itself but again, that's another story)
- Minerva's representation in the game, although I'd prefer that gilf thing was far more optional, just not a fan.
- Forbidden restroom thing (again, very straightforward but again, very nice, that's what I'm here for!)

See the simple pattern? Twisting the original lore, making fun of it and adding enormous sexual context to it. But when I saw, for example, latest Luna quest where I was suppose to re-learn some bits of original fucking lore and repeat it, I was like - what's the actual fuck?! You couldn't come up with more made-up spells like some arouse-removal or maybe do crazy meta-jokes about Dumbledore sexual preferences so you just... insert this? If I wanted to read something like that, I'd read, idk, original bits of actual HP franchise, ffs. Which is, btw I strongly recommend you to do if you cannot feel the difference between that and some mediocre fanfiction.

I genuinely can't understand this game. Especially IMVOIS. I just can't wrap my head around the original developer who just actually went and designed magical school sex rules, and decided to make an entire game around it, AND include the whole thing as a manual in-game. That dude is fucked up in the head big time, whoever that is.

JoeBanks i really appreciate that you visiting this forum and reading comments about the game. Majority here is not even supporting you by donates but still you listening people's problems, answering their questions about the future of the game. It's really nice to see you here, thank you for all your efforts.

Oh and i must say your game is awesome, exactly to my taste. Dialogue's are smart, characters feel realistic and story is going really well at the moment. I can see the effort you guys put in writing and there is nothing to say about art it's just fascinating. Quests needs a bit work, some of them are really confusing but in general i loved them too because i love the games that make you think. Some people here are just complaining about the lack of sex scenes but unlike them i would have played this game even without the sex scenes and this is why your game is great.

I have faith in your work. Your future ideas and your perspective about the game looks promising so please don't rush it. I love the scenes but i can wait because i am sure in the end this game will be a masterpiece. I don't want it to be senseless, braindead fap trainer.

I even ... read everything. Yes, everything is possible that way. But the cool game, agree? Unlike other games: - Whats your big dick. - My to fuck u. - Yes ok. Go on. (I gave as an example the dialogue of a regular game of this genre).

That's example of an utter-shit-tier game which no one in his right mind doesn't suppose to waste time on ever. This days there are some adult games with decent writing level, try Sanguine Rose for instance. And don't get me wrong, IW is far above any "average" game at least for looks, interesting ideas and quality of the code. But at the same time, the fact it has so many flaws is just blows my mind about how fucking good it could be. That's the reason why I keep watching this thread, looking forward to check out final state of the game and most importantly, looking forward to future projects which I may support.

What would you guys prefer? More steps, but very logical? Or less steps, but a bit of trial and error?

Trial and error I think. It also depends how often you have to repeat said minigame. If you have to repeat it numerous times, then shorter the better.

Considering the game as it is, much more sence would be go for "logical", obviously. As an alternative, I'd say, fuck the minigame in the first place.

I was going to suggest a mix. I really enjoyed the sliding tile puzzle games but after those and the head-scratcher that was the swimsuit replacements, a few simpler things wouldn't go amiss. Though I do get a buzz out of getting through a logic puzzle.

Appreciate the compliment, even this is the type of support more devs need. I know that not everyone can support with money, but just getting positive feedback on occasion is really nice. Obviously, the people paying in are going to have niceties, so the people who can't pay or don't want to just having positive feedback does a lot to life the spirits of devs. If people on the forums did this more often, there would probably be more developer participation.

Appreciate the compliment, even this is the type of support more devs need. I know that not everyone can support with money, but just getting positive feedback on occasion is really nice. Obviously, the people paying in are going to have niceties, so the people who can't pay or don't want to just having positive feedback does a lot to life the spirits of devs. If people on the forums did this more often, there would probably be more developer participation.

Come to think of it, is there a way to hand you money besides Patreon? I don't much like Patreon... Though another thing with that is, since you're tracking builds, would there be a way that a non-Patreon supporter could be able to even get the game at the same time a Patreon supporter would?
