Hello, witches and wizards!
Another development cycle for "Innocent Witches" has come to an end, and it's time to share the updates and additions coming in the upcoming release of version 0.11B.
Let's start with the new pieces of clothing for the main girls and your waifu.
We have completed the development and testing of a new event involving the addition of new clothing elements for the prefects (this iteration - it’s stockings). As part of this event, players will have access to six new types of pantyhose, as well as interactions with the prefects, who will react differently to each new clothing item. The event will become available starting from chapter six in the first act, and as you progress through the story and develop relationships with the prefects, the range of available items will expand. After obtaining and gifting the final type of pantyhose to your waifu, the interactions with her will be slightly expanded with a pleasant bonus for her.
The complete set of all types of pantyhose can also be obtained in the sandbox mode of the second chapter in the second act, which will be active in version 0.11B. As a reminder, the main storyline will be added to this chapter in version 0.12A. This event lays an excellent foundation for the future introduction of new clothing elements planned for upcoming patches, including new underwear and skirts.
In parallel, various improvements and fixes have been implemented for the gameplay, such as:
- Updated graphics for elements that display notifications for the player, such as character summons and quest completions.
- The ability to drag the splash screen image while the game is loading (wow!).
- Display of the total reward multiplier for the memoria minigame with Sonya when changing minigame’s parameters.
- Grouping identical items for the old version of the inventory (top row).
Additionally, there are a number of other changes, the full list of which will be included in the changelog for version 0.11B.
Furthermore, the game engine has recently been updated with a primary focus on the Android build of the game. This update is theoretically expected to improve the game's stability and performance on this platform. However, until a large number of players try the new version, it's hard to say how significant these improvements will be. In addition, community translations will now be available in the Android version of the game thanks to this engine update.
The release of version 0.11B is just around the corner, and active work is currently underway on the remaining planned events. Among them is the implementation of a new background for the main menu, which will include both static and animated live2d versions. Additional content planned for this version is also ready for insertion into the game.
The texts for version 0.12A are currently in the translation stage. The Russian version has already been edited, and the English version will be sent for editing immediately after the translation is complete. This will ensure that the work on the texts is not stopping and always underway.
