Does picking a different waifu change anything?

No. It's a way to speed up things. In the early stages of the game, you had to do all the quests for every girl. With the introduction of the "waifu" you only have to do her games. When you progress to the next act or chapter (forgot which one), you just continue as if you did the quests for every girl. So no, picking a waifu doesn't exclude anything, it just speeds it up.

For saves and persistent data to work you need to put them into:

– MAC – “~/Library/RenPy/Innocent-Witches-0-6-4/” folder.
Overwrite if necessary.
WARNING: unlocking memories with the file above will delete your own progress with the memories and reset the preferences as well.

Thanks to the advanced animations pack, I got motivated to continue playing with python a bit, I would really like to have a renpy bypass to put together the images automatically ... but for now Susan bouncing her mighty ass:

The dialogue and how the Hermione scene plays out this update changes slightly depending on who your waifu is (no massive difference though). Although there seems to be a translation issue if you choose Daphne as it shows a bunch of the text as Russian regardless of your preferences ATM.

I got it, although I'm a bit disappointed the devs don't offer a save with the game so we could continue from the update not start all over.

they do on their site but as for now it's only for patreons and for 0.6.beta

Excuse me but I think it does not unlock everything. The book of runes quest is not running. All the option after selecting the stage are locked. I hope there's a solution.

Negativity comes from many things, mostly from the fact that it's hardly a porn game at all, the devs are trying to create a proper game with porn and a good story being a parody as well and... failing at that. But it's still an interesting project, I'm sure as a dev you could at least give it a try.

Now, from 'read a novel' perspective I think subj simply suck but I haven't tried updated and edited version yet, maybe they improved this aspect dramatically but I have my doubts. Then again, if you didn't expect this to be the usual porn-novel it would be nice to know another opinion on this.

I played a bit just to see what is it about. I cannot say that I am totally disappointed. The game itself isn't half bad, the story looks good (at least in those 1h playing I had) but what is missing maybe, something captivating? If you want to keep the reader, you have to give him some expectations, I believe. I think having the option to skip all the mini-games would be interesting since not everyone likes it. I thought the game had a good proposal, it has good graphics, but it doesn't have the attention it deserves. The developer certainly does not care much for feedbacks, and does not like to work, it seems that the game has been developed for a long time and it's at 0.6. Not taking off the merit of the developer, but it reminds me of a certain Yandev there, heh.
By the way, I'm a great fan of "If my heart had wings" and, for sure I can play a game just for the fun of the story-line and expect some H content in the middle/end of it, you can see it as well into "Do you love Seriously?" (Majikoi) the game itself focus on comedy and entertainment, H comes along within and do fine even being just a little bit of content. The problem here is that the devs are slacking A LOT, ignoring some good advice. But reading reviews I see that people have not much education as well, they just say to the dev give up, etc. Not gonna lie, some people think they're god-of-concept, but again, this dev for sure is slacking. :v

You've the right swimwear for each girl to get their sizes. Now on the Sunday get the hat to make a hermione version for each girl. So you should end up with a blue, black and yellow version of hermiones swimsuit and then swap that swimwear with what they have in their houses and hopefully that'll allow the story to continue.

The Hermione mini-game seems currently unwinnable at medium or hard difficulty due to there being more words than possible tries in some of the spells.
