Not currently, but there might be one in the next major update in a couple of months. Though based on past updates the hand job scene in the most recent update might be all we get, so keep your expectations low.

im trying to figure the same thing out, cept my sonya is bugged and if i try to upgrade it says i have to buy clothes to unlock but everything is purchased in the first level. deleted everything i can find, my only guess at this point is the zip file that was uploaded is bugged itself
edit: duh.... check the game data tab in options, you can reset everything there.

Why would he care about what kids throwing tantrums are screeching about? It's his game, the only people he needs to keep happy are his Patrons, and if his Patrons aren't happy, they can just unsubcribe from him - his loss. People scream for and at everything here, if developers cared every time, they'd just end up shooting themselves in the head.
So, the wheel of fortune is a nice addition. It really lets Hermione go deeper into the rabbit hole and into the cavern of lust. Daphne and Luna are already there, just going in and out when they want to.

My memories bugged out and didn't want to register. I found it myself too, after a few hours of frustration.
In the 0.6 final I had the same issue with Daphne. Trying to figure out if I can use the save to continue or if I need to download the save. Updating to the 0.6.2 and seeing if I can pass it.
Had the same problem but I'm updating the version and hope that it has been fixed to progress.

Higher quality animations that do things not normally seen in Ren'Py games, you need a decent videocard with 1 to 4GB of video RAM for it though.
So what exact scenes have advanced animations on them? It seems to me the only one that has advanced animations is the susan scene of her getting spanked...
