None I suspect. They already posted their road map and I think the next release would have already been planned and after that it's reworking older chapters (I believe).
They do say that this is just collecting the feedback and that there are no specific plans to include them yet. Wouldn't hold out expecting to see them anytime soon.

Dont worry Bro. After 0.7b release (which is due next week) they work on 0.8a. The plan for 0.8a is to remake Chapter 1 Act 1 to 3 with the new story. That Swimsuit quest is going to be removed (as far as I am aware).
