I would like to rate this game, but there's not enough there yet to really give anything other than a 3 star review, so I will withhold a rating until there's substantially more content. Just throwing an "average" at the game because I don't feel comfortable pushing people in either direction seems like a waste of everybody's time.
What I will say though is that there are some things I like about this, like the enemy design (Vampires, even more so Futa vampires) are awesome. The 2(?) animations I found are pretty alright, the art style is unique and has flair, which would definitely be a reason for 4 stars if there was more game to enjoy, while the actual platforming, well...i don't think it's objectively bad, but it isn't really good either. Since I dislike platformers a lot in general I wouldn't subtract points for that alone (I only do that when it is genuinely unlayable or close to that) but since I also found the combat very clunky and un-intuitiv that probably would get it back to 3 stars from 4. 3.5 if I am adamant with myself about keeping out my personal preferences here.
The protagonist doesn't do anything for me, so that's also just personal flavor, no stars to gain, no stars to remove.
I saw the initial demo & thus have so far hopes that the game will at some point contain content that is much more to my liking and I am looking forward to that. If the whole platforming and combat thing becomes optional that, I must admit, alone would again be a reason for me to give 4 stars, but I don't ask for it & understand fully if that's not at all the vision the Dev has for this game.
Once I can play as a protag I like and have more stuff to explore and see (and always some futa vampires
) I will definitely give this a proper rating, especially since I feel like the 1 star ratings - while I see where the people are coming from - are really not what this game deserves. I kinda see both sides (Dev & people annoyed by some of the Dev's decisions) I think it's a bit childish, especially on a porn site, but in the end I don't see why the situation should mean that the Dev is incapable of turning this into a great game. They are inspired by some of my all-time favorite lewd games and I have every reason to believe they strive to offer similar things after development has progressed far enough. That and the way they handle criticism (quite a bit of which was indeed very much not constructive but instead just shitting at the Dev and the game) do not really correlate to much, and I'm pretty sure we all had our moments of getting into foolish arguments online instead of just ignoring nonsense thrown at us.
