Well, it wasn't easy for me to remember something similar to what you describe. Only Rance series come to my mind, but MC basically rape those girls, and of course most of them don't enjoying it, but after few sex visits they start to like it, even if they can't admit it openly.
And as for trainer games itself, I wrote few post's above, that i don't like this genre itself. At first, when akabur became famous for his princess and witch trainer it was good, because it was new, and he had his unique art style and sense of humor. But after that, dozens of developers started making clones of this type of game, and in my opinion - not one of them became even half as good as the games that started it all. They all based on grind, and repetitive actions, which bore you to death. Besides, not quite rare stupidity of main character, his victim and situation in which characters are in. Akabur's games at least had comedy excuse for this, but this games trying to be serious and they fail to do so, because you simply don't believe this stories. Also, they're not disgusted to use frankly boring techniques like mind control, hypnosis or some other complete shit that spoils the whole interest in corrupting or attempts to achieve girl's heart. For me, story in this games, it's that thing that diverse them from porn, and if it was made bad, I skip this games, cuz I might as well just watch porn (which I really don't want to do, so I'm start to look for some better games)
I can name only one half good example of trainer game which could be good, but this game also had numerous grind and they ended up by milking their patrons. it's "Witch hunter trainer" they had interesting setting memorable characters and decent story.
