last time i played, it was when the MC decided to tell his sister, who he really is. do i have to play the Part 1 still, or can i play the Part 2?

That's near the end of Part 1 but there's still about 30mins more story and plenty of scenes after that point. Also, the start of Part 2 won't make sense if you don't finish the first part.
Part 2 has a story recap if you want to go straight to that.

Game is amazing but I'm not a fan of eventually convert every LI into bimbos, they all will have the same body and all zombies for sex so every LI will be the same at the end... Summer had a great body and different from the others, idk at least give us the choice of convert them please

Great game! Just finished several days playing through Insatiable 1 and then on to I2. While I appreciate the odd bimbo for variety, I much prefer the women with realistic proportions, so please don't bimbofy every woman we meet.
