I don't recall if the main game has it or not yet, but there is a mod that gives you the ability to set a preference for the percentage chance of offspring gender, as well as a number of other QoL tweaks. The link to the mod is on the main page.

+ Added 190 scenes for all remaining girl type combinations (38)
+ Added the Extrospecta spell to reveal girl traits when meeting them
+ Added default portraits for girls in case of missing picture (in a cartoonish style to make it obviously different from normal portraits)
+ Added the option to go to the park with children to increase relationship (available on a call with the mother)
+ Added the option to disable autonomous lesb scenes in settings
+ Added fertility info on girl profile
+ Improved girl type preferences (increase the weight of preferences in actual probabilities)
+ Increased shop salary to reduce early game grind (also slightly increased coffee cost to avoid silly exploits)
+ Fixed : some broken stats for children when loading a save from an old version
+ Fixed : estate weed farm production when skipping several months

The game may have some issues and changing to a BJ when stamina runs out is definitely one of them, but it is not hard to inseminate anyone in the game and can be a lot of fun doing it, even without cheats.

You probably forgot to cheat the girl's stamina and fertility, if I even understand the point you're trying to make. Both of these stats can be improved "naturally" and will give much better results for what you want, compared to what you tried. The cheat menu within the game also allows you to change both the MC stats and the girl stats very easily.

Never? The game does oddly change to a BJ when stamina runs out, which can happen a lot early in the game and probably should just end with blue balls, but your second point is spot on.
I guess it makes sense, but personally it is not something I'd want taking up space on my hard drive, so hopefully it would be a fully optional DLC.
