Ok, so the average age of women who are going through menopause in the US is 51. They means that Edna cannot be older that around that age for her to get pregnant. Simone is somewhere in her late 30s, and Kira is early-mid 20s.
If we're generous and Edna is in the high end of the curve for menopause, that means she's probably around 54, Simone is around 38, and Kira is around 22, if both Simone and Edna had their first kids at about 16 at the earliest. Still possible for Edna to get pregnant, just requires a lot of luck/good genetics to not go through menopause early.
EDIT: Speaking of, I also wish that Julia, Janet, and Edna had fertilization scenes, or at least an egg x-ray during a vaginal scene. I love those. And edits to the girls' world sprites showing them as pregnant.

Artist left dev did not want art style to change mid game patron banned incest/ porn. So game was finished with this LAST update the dev is uncertain if it will be updated but if it does it will be to add mod support so if we want more in this game it will be a matter of doing it ourselves...

Here you can read it yourself... this was the last update with art... not the very final update ever. They seem to be determined to make one last release with mod support... and the devs on this game haven't done anything to make us think they'd be lying about their intentions on releasing mod-support version so far.
Great work. Even without a Patreon, minimal funding, and many difficult obstacles, they managed to work on, finish, and release a very well done game. Good job
