I too was expecting at least some intimate moment (much more intimate than what we've got) between Bella and Viv because the tension is clearly there, but it can be argued that since Jade is an alpha futa she doesn't like her loved ones screwing with each other without her consent (you can see she got a bit angry by Sammy's lack of communication when it comes to screwing Andy). Hopefully there'll be an option to make this kind of interaction happen, as I'm more of a polygamous guy than a pure dominant harem master, and everybody in a harem should love each other more or less.

Genuinely, it's pretty impressive that even if it wasn't an intention to begin with, you manage to tastefully set up a possibility in the future by just a single conversation and some facial/body expressions better than most games focused on content like that. I think it's better for the protagonist to be the active one on such decision rather than being passive and waiting for the question to be asked if it's ok. It makes them more decisive while not being a control freak in case of a negative opinion.
