If i'm not mistaken, somebody said that saves from former versions can result in alex scene not playing. If that's your case restart the game.

My english must be really bad because where did i say that the game should be tailored for everyone taste? Me telling that skipping is not the solution doesn't mean that i want all the games to be changed it just mean that to touch the most people including a choice is a better option than the skipping solution. But i certainly didn't say that all the dev should add optional content for every content available. Of course that the dev should not cater to anything but did i said otherwise? Did my keyboard actually added words without my knowledge? I'm just saying that people asking for something to the dev should not is a personal opinion who're not more valid than others opinion given that they're not moderator or the dev. The dev is an adult. If the thing asked please him he can change it or not, but nothing force him. He can also totally ignore the request. And independant to all that where did me Taider14 in my posts above did i ask anything to the dev? Again quote it because i don't see it? If the dev want to make "content objections" exceptions isn't it his choice? Why should he listen to you more who don't want changes than to somebody else who want changes? In the last chapter she ends up in Alex's apartment, but what if we're not on Sam's route?

Since when asking if something is possible is thinking that you deserve to have that thing? Someone entitled wouldn't even ask. He would say you have to option his content objections because that the better way. And again even if asking for something is being entitled when did I(taider14) asked anything to the dev? The pretty obvious answer is that she doesn't, meaning that if you're not on Sam's route then you don't get Alex.(or Andy for that matter)
If this dish is meant to have bacon, and you can't throw out the bacon separately, you either tolerate the bacon or throw out the whole dish. That's the only logic here.
Logic decides. Constructive criticism should be useful and aimed at improving the game. And what you two are talking about is aimed only at satisfying your personal tastes.

Thanks that's what I did and got it working! Also, there is a typo is the Chapter title. Either "When the seasons change" or "When the season changes".
Okay I have a weird bug that happened after I started a new game and persists after I deleted all the files from persistent save data to older versions of the game and started absolutely fresh, I can't get the Blair scene from chapter 5 to play, but I can for chapter 10. I figured I'd ask on the off chance it's something on my end, or to see if this is possibly one of the scenes that might have had an error with the new coding.

For what I see with URM, Blair scene in chapter 5 the trigger is a variable called "blairinside" and that variable from what I understand is set when you come inside Blair in the Prologue, even though just sets a label and can't see any variable on the code set. If you didn't and chose outside probably the scene won't appear. I can't say this with 100% certainty because I didn't made a speedrun for it to check if a variable is set when Jade and Blair interact in between the prologue and chapter 5, just loaded the saves I have in almost every choice made in the game and checked with URM the path(s) detected and code on choices.
Edit : While the scene on chapter 10 is dependent of completely different variables.
Ok I checked the prologue scene searching the variable and it is that variable that change when you chose "inside". Check the screenshots.
Edit2: Yes I did the BLASPHEMY of naming Jade my favorite fictional char Beatrix hehe I always name FMCs Beatrix in honor of Kill Bill Beatrix Kiddo hahaha.
