Sounds about right, still very confused on the difference there... one will be with a female body but male genitals and others with a male body and female genitals? ...so mpreg?

Aen'Tharos sound to me like FtM twink/femboys. Meanwhile Aen'Thariel seems closer to the more "ancient" definition of futa, the one not even (most) japanese authors follow anymore (but some people here go crazy about it).View attachment 4785132

They way I understood it, its going to be otokofutanari, because the way KN describe it don't exclude male genitalia.Aen'Tharos sound to me like FtM twink/femboys. He seems like a FtM trans boy to me. Honestly this is a welcome surprise, i can only think of one other game with such a similar character.
