But you can cum inside these people in multiple scenes so which one determines if they get pregnant or not? Pretty sure one of the choices for Evelyn actually says it in the choice but don't remember for the others.

If you want the person pregnant, keep dumping in them. If you don't, pull out. You don't need the dev's help for that. If the dev wants the character pregnant, they will be written pregnant. Who cares if it's on the hospital bed or in their bedroom? The end result will be the same at the conclusion of the story.

TBF, the game mechanic of 'come inside' vs 'come outside' is one of the worst methods of birth-control in the real world. People should be getting pregnant even if you come outside every time. There are sperm in pre-cum. Sperm can get to the womb and fertilize an egg if you come on/near the vagina. Even condoms and female birth control methods can still lead to pregnancy sometimes.

But AVNs almost universally ignore condoms, birth control, STIs/STDs, UTIs, and all the many things that can go wrong with sex, because it's nice to be able to ignore those for the sake of a fun game.

Plenty of games have impregnation tied to a specific scene not just if you have cum in them at all that's why you see so many that actually tell you if the choice will lead to them getting pregnant or not. I don't really care about that but why are we acting like this is something new and people wanting to know exactly when it occurs is uncommon?
