Can confirm after replaying from the Prologue and making those choices that the "Make him suffer" option now appeared. It might've perfectly been me making a mistake previously, or maybe my save didn't properly recognize certain choices for that variable to appear, I don't know. In any case, no issues there, all good

I suppose my first clue should have been the title of the game, Instinct Unleashed. The prologue did say that futanari did become more dominant and aggressive the older they became. So when the game gave me a choice between a more agressive or passive choice, that I should expect to be rewarded for taking the more agressive choice. I'm going to try another playthrough where I try to romance everyone, except Madison, but take all the more aggressive choices to see what sort of ending i get.

The game is incredible, the author did a great job! But if there were several endings with one or more LI, without a harem, it would be even better! (but this is just a small flaw in the form of a whim)
I also encountered the same mistake, except for the worst end, no matter what path I took until the end of the chapter, errors would occur and I couldn't continue
