I could be wrong but I think Kind Nightmares is ESL and their first language is Russian. And if they are then the slightly clunky is very forgivable, their writing is better than a lot of people who’s first language is English.
I adjusted the file for myself, if anyone wants to use it. Should read a little better, but I only touched the sentences where I was sure I didn't change the meaning.

Weekly report.


Renders for most of the script are ready. There are about 3(ish) scenes left to do. After that it's the easiest part for me. I'll try to get everything finished before the Christmas holidays so that there will be a public release on New Year's Eve. This is NOT a promise, I'm just saying I'll try to stay within that time frame.

I'm trying something new with this chapter and I VERY much hope you like it, because it hasn't happened before for technical reasons. But right now, I just don't see the point in not using it. Maybe for you, this will be a New Year's gift from me for all the support you've given me this year!

Also a little spoiler, there will be 5 big sex scenes and one small one in this chapter. Don't worry, I didn't sacrifice the plot for them.

No, these are my first steps in mastering Daz. This character has nothing to do with IU.
Mate,you are doing an amazing job at mastering! This render looks amazing!

But please please pinky promise that you won't rework IU until the story is finished :)

You can use all your mastery for IU 2 :D

I'm not gonna do anything with Instinct until I finish the game. Pinky promise.

Also the game will stay on the same engine anyway. At most, I'll just redo the renders for the first chapters with the knowledge and capabilities I now have.(If I'm not too lazy :HideThePain:).

Good to know that IU will stay on this engine. I personally would love it if you didn't switch to daz, since I can't stand the way the faces look in that with their dead eyes.
But as far as I know Daz is the only engine for these things where you can publish on steam and I don't begrudge any dev going for the extra incomestream in a small industry like this.

Honestly, it's not even about Steam or any other platform. It's more about possibilities, which unfortunately VAM doesn't have. For my next game, I won't even be able to find the environments.

Fully understandable. While there are ways to import any model or environment into VAM, opening them up in unity 2018.whatever.version.vam.uses, exporting them as Vamified assets, importing into Vam as custom unity assets and redoing the last two parts with as many corrections are needed does take a lot of time that could be better used for creative purposes.

I personally like DAZ VNs very much. Almost all of the VNs I find visually appealing are in DAZ. (Ignore my sig... Eternum is one of the few exceptions :))
