Also, I was probably able to make it so that you don't have to start a new game and your save files remain in order.
I can't vouch for the result, so I still strongly recommend starting a new game to avoid any problems.

Okay good was about to report the same issue. It's line 3601 and i believe it's two bugs not just one. The speaker is wrong for the TL file pointer and potentially line number is off that the TL is pointing to as well. When i looked at the TL the speaker was showing mc instead of ste

Glad it is a bug. Not that it really bothered me, as I speak and read Russian. But is would be a pain for others.

Were any scenes altered or added, or were there just under the hood changes because of which a fresh start is needed ?
If its the latter I will just URM to change the tag to true.
Yeah, but I was concerned that I missed some content, like even now if I change the tag just before the scene, the alex scene doesn't make sense to me, it feels like there is supposed to be a scene in which you set up the meetup with alex which I missed. I will try changing the tag in an earlier save.

i might be wrong but if you don't start a new save it's impossible to get the new scene with alex even if you picked the correct choice on a old save earlier. that is what happened to me at least.

It works weird. I started a new game and after completing a new chapter, a scene with Alex opened in my gallery, although I didn't have her in the game at all, I don't even know who she is.
The gallery is not done by me, but by one of the gold subscribers and he really wanted to see this scene, even though he's not on Sam's path. Kudos (or not) to him.
Well this scene also belongs to the futa on female scenes that are sorted after each chapter.

Well good to know, then when I'll play it I'll make sure to check every "path detected" of URM in between scenes and there is where they usually trigger or not, you shouldn't miss any scene if you monitor them, in last case I'll monitor them all in the new chapter just in case.
Yep you can change the tag/variable in an earlier save or just change it on start of chapter 11 and skip with CTRL key already seen text, seems safer and probably you will get any scene you may think you have missed, also KN mentioned that there isn't any new scene on prior chapters so if you missed any scene is in chapter 11. Also I save in every meaningful choice and on start and end of updates, seems the reasonable thing to do when I usually use mods and also in games that are still in development.
If like KN said in a previous post that some variables were new but for sure there is still a trigger somewhere during the story and if the variable is in the default state then probably may not trigger some scene(s), just have to "remember" them and change accordingly
. But in the last resort I'll simply start a new game and CTRL skip the game but if I can avoid that even better.
