I don't know if they've cleared this up yet, but I was curious.
In the last chapter she ends up in Alex's apartment, but what if we're not on Sam's route?

The pretty obvious answer is that she doesn't, meaning that if you're not on Sam's route then you don't get Alex.(or Andy for that matter)

Thanks that's what I did and got it working! Also, there is a typo is the Chapter title. Either "When the seasons change" or "When the season changes".
Okay I have a weird bug that happened after I started a new game and persists after I deleted all the files from persistent save data to older versions of the game and started absolutely fresh, I can't get the Blair scene from chapter 5 to play, but I can for chapter 10. I figured I'd ask on the off chance it's something on my end, or to see if this is possibly one of the scenes that might have had an error with the new coding.

For what I see with URM, Blair scene in chapter 5 the trigger is a variable called "blairinside" and that variable from what I understand is set when you come inside Blair in the Prologue, even though just sets a label and can't see any variable on the code set. If you didn't and chose outside probably the scene won't appear. I can't say this with 100% certainty because I didn't made a speedrun for it to check if a variable is set when Jade and Blair interact in between the prologue and chapter 5, just loaded the saves I have in almost every choice made in the game and checked with URM the path(s) detected and code on choices.
Edit : While the scene on chapter 10 is dependent of completely different variables.
Ok I checked the prologue scene searching the variable and it is that variable that change when you chose "inside". Check the screenshots.
Edit2: Yes I did the BLASPHEMY of naming Jade my favorite fictional char Beatrix hehe I always name FMCs Beatrix in honor of Kill Bill Beatrix Kiddo hahaha.

I love the story, the art and the character in general. Plenty of choices for your tastes/
My biggest turn offs were the horse cock tho, a pornstar size would be cool but feel that these monster 1's just make BJ's look akward. Also the animations. Some were basic but was better than some that gave me headache just watching blurs. The basic sound track never matched any animation pace so always felt weird.
Aunt's hair needs some touch up too because you can see a bald head alot, also MC seems to have skin tone changes where goes from slightly brown to heavily brown, not sure was attempt at lighting but huge contrast between her and lighter skin folks.
Overall I may try again when released just because was decent story, but in the last parts I was just skipping the juicy scenes because just because of the size and animations, but my tastes are not everyones.
