I'm looking for games similar to rack, super deep throat, secret horse files 3, some modeling agency, kasumi rebirth etc. Games where you have control to do what you want not just scene selection but you actually can touch their bodies/use toys and actually control the thrusting/movement. Only genres I'm not particularly looking for are censored (unless it has an uncensored mod), gay/yaoi (unless the characters are really feminine or if it's just optional that's fine too) and loli/shota cause ya know.

I've been looking for games like these too and it's not easy to find them amongst all the crappy renpy vns, it's hard to even get properly interactive game in 3D, when was it illusion made a somewhat interactive sex game? Oh right, it was fucking ages ago with AG3, all crap since then...
Have you checked any of these?
She is Sexaroid - no direct control but has several variations of each position, you can control speed and this also has an effect on the girl which will change how she rides you if she enjoys it, you can control when you cum, do it few times, pull out, cum on her, put it back in, pretty nicely animated 3D game.
Girl Stuck in a Hole- another 3D game and also one that works with VR but is playable in desktop mode, during the game you help girl gut unstuck from a hole, has x-ray (impressive in a 3D game but it's kinda crap) you have full control of the sex but the game first wants you to finish the story, then you get another mode that is more free and you get few more positions to play around with, it's not long or very complex tho.
TrueFacials - you can adjust position of the girls and yourself, uses stolen characters (dev can't make good original ones) from exisitng games, decent cum physics, has both blowjobs and vaginal, you can adjust speed and depth of penetrations, aim your dick, etc
Hyperdeep, SDT2 and Headgame - all 3 are basically 3D SDT clones, all still in development and all pretty crap/barebones.
All NejicomiSimulator games, controllable thrusting but it's all just putting big dildos into "girls" that are more like onaholes, still pretty interactive.
If you don't need controllable thrusting but still want something similar to Kasumi then check out flash games from NiiCri as well as some other simulation games like Rinkan Hut, Bousoft games, My Dystopian Robot Girlfriend, Spending a month with my sister, various games with sleeping theme like deep sleep, nighthigh.
Also I recently played House of Pleasure and I was surprised that it's BJ mini game is very similar to how you play SDT, you have a quest where you train 2 slaves to take it deep and NGL, it was pretty satisfying to break it, shame it ends soon after but still worth playing, regular sex is also present as is some basic stats, it is a game about managing brothel after all but it's not as heavy on the management.
Personally I played rack 2 and while it is pretty decent the development has been slow and it was super buggy last time I played it, I will check out some modelling agency you mentioned if it is similar to SDT and you can control stuff since I'm all about that and if you found out any other similar games let me know
