It's a Japanese RPG M game, this is standard fare for the genre. Not everything is going to be remotely near the level of MGQ Paradox.

OK well this one is interesting, while throwing stuff against the wall I moved the folder directly to the C Drive and the game started up normal. I will give it a whirl and update if this doesn't fix the issue.


***Update*** Game played absolutely normal with the folder directly in C drive, so if anyone else is having issues try that.

You install of WinRAR might be broken. Try an uninstall and then a reinstall.
