My theory is that Erynn is a waitress or hostess as MrFriendly said, and the place where she works can be a bar or club and that the majority of the clientele are men and that they grope Erynn or make her feel uncomfortable by insinuating her. What I wonder is if Erynn is under contract because she needed money or if Ethan is blackmailing her with something.

Well... i'd say this game has all chances to be a game where incest makes sense and dev clearly was thinking about it in the beginning. Did she change her mind or not we don't know for sure.

I personally wouldn't mind if incest be excluded from this game. Why do you need that when you have that Spanish teacher and Mellisa, two really good looking milfs. Not saying that Emiliy isn't gorgeus, just saying that she should have normal mom son relationship. It would be one thing if she is MCs stepmom. My opinion tho.

You have played the first updates of this game and you can look the pictures in the op thread, the mom is teased a lot in the game so is not so unrealistic that people (I consider myself one) think that she was a LI, yeah it was never stated by Nyx nor the thread have incest tag but sometimes devs don't put all tags as to not spoil the game content or story.

Yes, I play them every time there is a new update. Nyx likes to tease people but IIRC it garners negative points with Emily if the MC was too overt about it. Just like when the MC is too obvious when checking out other characters.

Just because the first few updates suggested something might happen doesn't mean that the dev is "required" to follow through with it. If that makes you or anyone unhappy there's nothing that can be done about that. If Nyx doesn't want to incur the wrath of Patreon she has to follow their rules.

I know what patreon allow fully well, you don't need to tell me , hell I was here when it all happened.
There was teasing about Emily though, that's why I did think she was a LI and as roadwulf said there was a peeking scene that later was removed so...in any case after this update I think is even less likely.

Completely agree as Emily was one of the supposed LI’s I was looking forward to (in my defense, that was before I knew who she was in relation to the mc) and even after the ‘peeking’ scene I also was still holding out hope (you’re damn right I chose to get a closer look! ). Fuck, guess that sequence was just a red herring.

Anyway, as the mod I was playing with fucked up the story in my play through, can’t wait to start over with this latest update!

Incest is a thingy when it makes sense. In this game, idk. Its up to the dev to bring that in the game. I wouldn't mind if he doesn't. And reason why in this game doesn't make sense to me is because this seams to be real life choice based game. Emily and MC should have normal mom son relationship. I know that there are players who like that kind of stuf regarding this game genre. Note that i have nothing against incest, i played some games of that genre.

If you didn't start a new save when 5.5 was released then you need to go back and do so. If you are using Zoey's mod then you need to download the new version.

It is out of the question and those scenes still exist because it would be a major undertaking to remove them from the game. Would you rather have a new update or the removal of old content? Nyx only has so much time she can devote to the development of the game.
