I'm not seeing any char redemption arc for Val after how she behaved in this update. I guess the character is ruined forever.

Just to make my point clear. We both didn't know who blocked or blocked not. I was trying to give a logical explanation based on what we can see in the game and from what my life experiences teached me about woman. After all I just say there's no need to have MC at the beach with them on those paths. Only because it's on other routes doesn't mean it makes sense on that route.

The photoshoot is a big content chunk too but you don't go their either if you're not on the Erynn helping route. Same goes for the hot tub party. You're friends with Layla but she didn't invite you. You're blocked out from that big content chunk.

You just do nothing the whole day other than talking with Emily about her meeting with the police. To make it worse, if you're not helping Erynn, aren't in a relationship with Alexis or Layla and didn't have enough points with Valerie the whole update takes a few minutes and it's done. You're blocked out from all that big content chunk.

Remake of earlier scenes. This is when MC gets his butt kicked on his way to school.

This remake also ended up removing scenes, which leaves a void in some situations. Like how it skips the first track practice so it just shows MC drinking at the water fountain and Tori approaching him about how he was looking at her but... We didn't see it.

Thank you for the information, and the scenes of the characters are not closed. I see everyone's photos. That's why I wrote that I'm sad that Nikki didn't get an update in this content because she doesn't have a new scene in the gallery... Also, I think I have to run the Alex route again, because I know that I have excluded everyone else on her route - but Valéria still appears and I have no chance to resist the kisses... However, I cannot remain completely faithful on this route - something has gone wrong either in the update or in my saving...

The thing is if you are not an Erynn playthrough, why would you want to go to the photoshoot? There's nothing for you there, are you gonna stand there and watch a girl that hates you?

If i'm not on a Alexis playthrough there's still reason to enjoy being at the beach because there's a lot of interactions with characters(Erynn and Iris, Tori and even some Val) who aren't Alexis...
To make matters worst Nyx made alternative scenes, and tied them both to... Alexis.
It easily could've been "dating Alexis vs broke up with Alexis" where Alexis mostly keeps her distance (she pretty much does that already on secret path).

Weird fucking decision tying such an "all encompassing" scene to one single character honestly.

On who blocked or not...
There's one consistent trait about Erynn, she's always down for more time with the MC.
She drives him to school for no reason other than she likes to be around him, she loves waking him up, she shows up randomly, after an event like the photoshoot she still wants to go to his house and hang out.... pretty tough sell that she didn't want him at the beach, right?
Iris also has been pretty chill around the MC and Erynn, in the plane she's the one that suggests everyone hanging out together, in the garage she thanks you for bringing Erynn there, she never knew Erynn and MC might be a thing(why would she explicit her desire to her "competition"?) and never acted threatened by their relationship(unlike some other character).

There is one obvious suspect of not wanting the guy there and it's exactly who you don't want to be.

Hello, it's the first time I comment but seeing that I'm not the only one a little disappointed with the latest content I felt I could share my opinion.

The story is good and entertaining, there is a lot of content and various options to choose from, but from the beginning I felt a little blocked by the fact that for example, if you want to do the route of Elena you are forced to be with Layla to the end of this last update to choose if you really want to continue with Layla or go with Elena, in a very abrupt way and in a horrible moment (from my point of view).

I feel that with Valeria the same thing happens, the conditions to be able to move forward with her are very specific and some of them depend on you being in a relationship.

Lastly, I understand that the title is "intertwined" but it seems that in the end, all the characters and romantic interests are going to be family to each other in one way or another and I don't know how all those family dilemmas are going to end up being resolved later on.

On a save i have Erynn and Layla, cut all ties to Alexis, there's no beach scene... it feels weird, like there's a time skip.
Feels stupid to lose time with Erynn(and Iris) because you aren't interested in Alexis.

Can anyone confirm the true conditions of the beach triggering? I mean i know it triggers if you either have Alexis or Alexis secret.
But for example if you ignored her completely, never banged her on the plane... do we still not get invited?
I know that i have a Pizza place break up and that's not good enough... would earlier work? Like not going to the concert?
Having planned a date with Layla interferes with anything?

Alexis is friendly with the MC and has no reason to be against it, she likes him and to spend time with him. Not to mention he's the reason they already fixed their friendship.

And Erynn would also enjoy the MC's company.

Overall i must say, the Erynn solo path feels really short and unsatisfying. I mean, this update should have been focused on her and Layla... no ? Yet Alexis has way more content than her (again)

I dunno, kind of feels like Nyx is trying to punish you for playing solo paths, and because you don't want to go through all the drama and heartbreak which comes with dating multiple of the girls.
I mean, i could be wrong....but it's Nyx we are speaking about

Remember Elena's reaction when you break up with Layla on the camp, she was ready to beat up the MC because he hurt her.
You really think she will be happy about the MC hurting Layla even more, or that she will risk Layla's frindship ?
That will either horrible backfire for the MC, or it will take a long time until Layla is fine and she may give Elena the green light for dating him.

Yeah that's pretty much how i feel about being on Erynn path and being excluded from the beach scene, i can't see any reasonable argument why everything must hang on Alexis (or Alexis secret path for crying out loud).

Let's be honest the "Erynn update" forcing you to be on the Alexis path to be experienced fully is just par for the course for Nyx.
More then encouraging mix up, it feels like punishment for not liking her favorite pet... i mean you can have Erynn plus others, and still be blocked... "though must have Alexis".

Edit: For the record, there's a lot to like in this update, it had some great emotional scenes.
Heck, the beach scene is pretty damn good, interacting with those 3 at the same time led to some very awkward situations...
Which is a big part of why i'm dumbfounded by the decision of locking such a scene behind a Alexis wall.

I'm not the guy you quoted in the second part, but if i may...
Yeah i remember Elena literally wanting to beat the MC up for breaking Layla's heart the first time, this being Elena path smells funky, Elena won't be "does that mean he's single now?", i can't see her being happy and ready to go.... i see a looooooong healing period ahead.
I think the throuple has better odds, both of them were very into it before, Alexis showed up...
As if i needed more reasons to hate Alexis...
