The dev was undecided about incest at the beginning. But it seems she still is, because there are still a few light lewd scenes with the mom in the last update. Not really incest (no intercourse) but, well... could still happen if she decides so

I don't know about Emily, but it would make a lot of sense if Layla and Alexis share the same father with the MC. You can't even say it would be a badly written plot by the dev if that happens.

Initially the plan was to collaborate with Inceton for completing the incest path but they couldnt come to an agreement about the logo, so incest path was abandoned. Fake news. Disinformation. I clearly just making that up

Well. You can never say never. Because I've played plenty of games from F95 that are on Patreon who are sold on there as landlord and landlady stories, but the Dev (under a pseudonym) or some independent modder like Shaggy, will make a patch available on here to make it like it was meant to be.
