Yeah your last point is the main problem.
I don't like to play many playthrough in one game.
I am also not a fan of all type of harem game.
I prefer games like: Stranded Dick, Desert Walker, Void's Calling, Rise of the Crime Lord, Eternum, Guilty Pleasure, A Man For All, Brooks in the Wild West, Away From Home, Harem Hotel, Dark Magic, High Rise Climb, Artemis, Big City's Pleasure, Big Brother Another Story, Midnight Paradise, Summertime Saga, Tales from the Unending Void, The DeLuca Family, University of Problems, Vae-Victis, Lust Academy, Ataegina etc.
I also played games like: Being A Dik, A.O.A Academy, College King, Bare Witness, Defending Lydia Collier, Taboo University, Helping the Hotties, Wartribe Academy, Nursing Back to School, Rosewater Manor, Alternate Existance and many more.
But left playing these games after a major choice between two or more LI's.
Also I completed some game like this one: Acting Lessons, Lancester Boarding House, Retrieving The Past, College Seduction, Melody, Dating My Daughter, Sunshine Love, Fetish Locator, The Lecuyer Cult, Welcome to Free Will, Freeloading Family, Going Rogue.
Games like this are okey for me too, go with all the girls and in the end choice one/two, in the end I made a save & see all the endings.

The first part of this update is finally finished. All scenes before MC goes to Alvarado/Riverside, depending on whether you're on a Nikki/Cara path are done.
In totality, this update will consist of 3 parts. The Friday part which I finished, the Riverside/Alvarado part and lastly part 3, when MC is back on Sunday.
There will be 2 scenes before MC heads to Alvarado. Those scenes will be one for Nikki, one for Cara. If you're not on either path, you straight-up go to Alvarado and meet Nathan.
I'm working on the first Nikki part at the moment. Once finished I'll do the Cara scene before working on the Nathan scene. After Alvarado, there will be another Nikki and Cara scene before MC is heading back to Madison Springs. There will be more scenes with several LIs on Sunday, including Layla, Alexis, Erynn and other smaller scenes which I keep to myself.
I haven't made a decision yet on what I'll do regarding splitting the episode or not. Reading all your comments, it was about 50/50. At the moment, I favour not splitting but things can change.
I have a vacation coming up in a few weeks. During that time, I won't be able to work on renders, but I will continue writing the scenes and also since the first part is finished, I'll completely code it and do some testing. It's probably then when I decide what to do with it. If it's worthy of releasing or rather wait until the full episode is done.
I strongly favor splitting, because this will take a long time... day 2 version Nikki, version Cara and also for people where neither girl is active.

Granted, i have saves for Erynn and Valeria which means i'll get plenty of enjoyment from the truncated release, if you don't favor them i understand why you would rather wait.

For some reasons, the redheads in this game for me are all bottom tier. Mommy Monroe is the best one, but still is pretty meh for me. In the middle, but verry very close to the bottom, you have Melissa. I hate all the girls in all avn's with those damned half shaved shit haircuts. For some reason for me, it's been so over used it's in all the avn's and it makes a girl that could somewhat look good into a "don't touch". And at the bottom, the worst girl in the game, CaNo.

Ultimately, I don't care what the developer does. In some routes I'm constantly busy all weekend (in-game), in some routes a little less, and in a small part of the routes a little bit of Nathan and what's planned for Sunday disappear.

Avn's have nothing to do with real life or commitment.
That's one of the things i don't like about harems. It's not really a "game", It's just multiple porn scenes with tons of girls you don't know jumping on your dick just because and between the scenes, justification to get to the next scene. If all i wanted to see was the MC banging all the chicks, i'd just go to a porn website.
I like that there are at least a part of "game" and character development between the MC and the girls in the avn and i've found that it usually comes in non-harems. The avn style i prefer have more story and dialogue and loveable characters. I don't mind if there's not a lot of sex scenes either. I prefer a few well placed sex scene rather than the dev trying to insert the holy trifecta (handjob, blowjob, sex) with every girls and have random fuckscenes out of nowhere. Like, "oh, we have to run away from the bad guy", takes the dark alley, randomly fuck, then resume running away.
But that's why there are many different types of games, so that everyone have something that interest them. After a mistake i made back then, i checks tags right after the game's basic description of what it is, as there are things i really dont want to see, game or not. (real NTR, rape, drugs, slavery and way dark stuff related to the previous things) I read avn's to relax and enjoy myself, not to depress and have hardcore stuff thrown at me, even if it's not real.

I think I rather play it all in one go than a split I seem to enjoy bigger amounts of content all at once. Not sure if I have the willpower to wait for part 2 if it gets split especially cause I like to look at this thread. With that being said doesn't really matter to me as I just want to play it lol. That and well doesn't sound like the split will be small anyhow

For me, the biggest question is more how much playing time does the entire episode contain... Just an example: If, say, 20 minutes, is it worth releasing it in several parts just so we can see anything first? Because in this case everyone would be disappointed, it's worth thinking about that too...
