Having what is classed as child p0rn in your VN is not a small little unimportant detail. A detail Nyx chose to put in by explicitly stating the MC's age and explicitly stating the timelength of his relationship and when with Iris. Or she failed to do simple math (would not surprise me). I'll leave it for others to decide if Nyx was pushing the boundaries or she not that smart.

Again, you're pushing the narrative...if you really believe....truly think Patreon saw that...and were fine with it...(when you have no idea exactly how many times she has been 'inspected'...if she even actually has, or what she showed them....or what she purposefully didn't...when...)

Then....I really don't know what to say. Unless we're also going to assume whoever keeps 'inspecting' her is as dumb as rocks also when it comes to basic math and a global age law? (also a possibility I guess).

I think I've mentioned before, I'm more amazed the page is still here considering it's confirmed in the script, when F95 admins are happy to cover their asses (legally) over what just 'appears' to be underage (rule 7 is it, along with their recent loli announcement).

Intimacy can be implied without being explicitly shown. There's no problem showing Iris in a state of undress in the flashback as she's over 18 back then anyway so you can keep the scene up until MC starts undressing then fade to black, it would make it clear what happened without breaking any laws. There's any number of movies and TV shows with underage characters which have done the same thing.

right but it's not same impact as if is shown what mc and she did.

Seriously? Childs? Don't wanna hurt feelings of someone but Intertwined isn't a movie with actors. I hope you never went to Louvre in Paris, because, boy, would you get upset about some art there. But it doesn't matter at all. Patreon was fine with it. It was just Nyx who didn't wanted to deal with all the whining of a certain crowd. It was a small crowd but they're noisy and annoying.

If changing of a few words in some dialogues upsets you so much, you can just uncompile the game and edit the rpy files back in the state you want. Oh wait, you don't have to change anything. The changes will come with the next update release. Maybe you should save these files so you can just copy them back after the update. In the current state Intertwined is what its always was.

If she wants to be on steam, she would have to do it. Personally I've no problem with it and I'm sick of those censorships.

The problem is that the guy is presented as the major conflict in Layla's romance but we don't see him for a while, and he is put aside for this useless alleged incest problem

this is still quite far away from steam release and nyx could have fixed it after final version but then no debate about it.

Have to completely remove the 'school' setting for this to even be considered for a Steam release.

Honestly, I am not surprised the boys at Patreon missed it, even if they inspected the game 5 times.

I've done many playthroughs myself and hadn't noticed until I got that warning on Reddit and looked into why. And even then I was still scratching my head in confusion... lol

If I had to guess, I'd say this could be because the character age in question is a male and the MC, and not the expected underage girl they usually look for and find in the games they ban.

But who's to say that one day they won't wise up to this and decide to ban the game? Nyx is smart, she may seem like she is doing it just to appease the players bugging her about it, but I am sure she also knows that she is on thin ice with Patreon too, especially with the recent changes. All it takes is one savvy inspector and it all goes up in flames.

A Patreon ban will be a hit right on the money. It will hurt, and that's not worth the risk to the project.

Either way, I think fixing this, no matter what her "real" reasons are, is the right thing to do for herself and the game.
